PrePurchase Questions - Gallery integration etc

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, we just came along your add-on and have some questions concerning the further integration ..for other add-ons. The add-on provides additional/focused functionality for photos. We'd like to (let's say) "focus" several photos in the gallery etc to make them mobile/responsive save. Can the (let's say now) "focus adjusted" photos be further used/integrated into photos slider blocks, gallery blocks, paralax background add-ons?
We don't know if the additional/focused functionality provided by the add-on is on a by-photo-basis (add the function and drop the photo on the page ..via the photo block etc).

Many regards to provide infos to clarify our questions.

Hi Artrium,

This addon works the same as the image block that is default in C5 (with the exception of the focus functionality). This means that there is no gallery, slider function included. you can see the basic workings in the documentation and also in the images provided.

I hope this awnsers your question.

Hi, thanks for the reply and clarification. Just another question here:
Can your Add-on be used as focused background photo block? (we
like to put Typo on top of it, which matches a focused spot etc)

Regards.

In theory, i can't see why not, if you were using an image block before you are able to use it the same way.
In practice, i am not sure, i dont know if underlying code might not be compatible or something underlying like that
