not at this stage, this lightbox just uses the one image to create the thumbnail and the enlarged image.

If you are handy with PHP and Javascript, one solution would be to use the Designer Content package to whip up a block that allows you to pick two images with a caption and then integrate a lightbox script - my favourite these days ishttp://dimsemenov.com/plugins/magnific-popup/...

I suggest this as you could then create a custom block specific to what you are wanting to achieve.

Or you could possibly hack this block to add in the extra image selector and go from there. My apologies if you aren't a coder!
