Why this add-on and tracking pixel VS tracking code

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Is there any good reason I would want to use this add-on to insert the tracking pixel, as apposed to simply inserting the tracking code in the Concrete5 dashboard?

In addition, the instructions sate "To make the tracker work, insert one Mautic Tracker block to the footer of your page.". Does that mean I need to do that on every page??? When I use the tracking code in the Concrete5 dashboard route, it's inserted on every page automatically.

I think the same question applies to adding forms too. Is there any real advantage of usisng this add-on for adding forms?

Hi, good question. It does the same thing. Use the plugin or insert the script directly. Whatever you prefer.

So does the add-on add tracking for the entire website if you only add the block on the bottom of one page? And what about the forms (see original question).?
