Mega Menu became invisible

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, I'm having some difficulties with the visibility of the block. Everything in the menu worked just fine for some time and everything was visible to guests.
Then I enabled public registration and created some pages which will be accessible to registered users only. They showed up in Mega Menu as they were supposed to, not formatted like the old items, but this not big of a deal so far. Big problem is that the Mega Menu is invisible to guests and can only be seen when logged. I enabled Advanced Permissions and checked if the block can be read by guests, and so it says.
Can anyone please give me any hint on what to do? I deleted those newly added pages, but nothing changed. I don't get it at all.
If it's of any help, the address ishttp://www.peacebellservers.com...

Thanks in advance

Hi

Just a few questions:

1. Was the Advance Permission disabled when Mega Menu was visible? Or was the Advance Permission already enabled and then Mega Menu was visible for a time then disappeared after adding the new Menus as you've said?

2. Have you tried Clearing your C5 Cache?

Clear Cache on C5:Dashboard > Systems & Settings > Optimisation > Clear Cache

Browser clear cache or Force refreshing:

3. If the above doesn't help, can you provide dashboard login details (via PM is fine).

Hello there

1. I enabled Advanced Permissions after Mega Menu became invisible. Up to then, permissions were simple. And after I spent a great deal of time trying to fix the problem, I gave Advanced Permissions a shot. But with no result. So, I don`t think that tampering with permissions could initiate the problem.
2. Yes I cleared the cache and still there was no effect. Me and my friend as administrators can see the menu but guests cannot. I tried it with several browsers to check if it was a compatibility issue or something, but no.
3. I tried anything I could google, and no results yet. So you suggest me to PM you with my user and pass? I`ll have to rely on your ethics :)

Hi

I noticed that you used Stacks for that and checked if you had your stacks' permission set and true enough.http://screencast.com/t/YiDcHVCq...

What you can do is set that Stacks' permission to be viewable by guests.
Go to Dashboard > Stacks & Blocks > Stacks then choose the stack wherein this add-on is installed and tweak the permission in there.

Does that help?

Well it helped in a way. When I changed permissions for that Stack and set Guest (no Admins and no Registered User) as a category which can view it, things seemed to got better.

Mega Menu showed up but only in starting page. And when I hover over any of menu items, I get drop down but without background and any styling for that part. The second thing is that on any other page I don't have Menu at all. There is only the structure of what Mega Menu should show.

I think we're getting somewhere with this permission thing, it's just that now we have some other problems
What should we do next?

Thanks in advance

Hi Nikola

Looking those pages it seems that the CSS files aren't loaded properly. Some are missing especially the standardcss.css Have you tried setting the options to be viewable by guests and turn it off one by one and see if which setting affects the custom CSS you've applied. I'm guessing it's affected by "Change Custom Template" or "Edit Design" option.

Does that help?

Hello

Here's what I did:
I went to Stack Permissions and set everything to Guest. Permissions for this area are overriding those of the page.
I set permissions after clicking on the block on Home page and set everything to Guest well. Permissions for this block are overriding those of the area and page. So I guess I didn't need to set Stack Permissions but I left it that way.
Still nothing :(
When I tried to create a new stack, the same thing happened. When I entered single block to a couple of pages, the menu was invisible. But I want to use stacks so I can make some changes only once and not up to 50 times.
What to do next? I'm starting to feel desperate.
