After upgrading to the newest C5 version, my Mega menu got corrupt. Some table got lost.
It still is in the MySQL structure, but physically is it not their
Any suggestions how to solve? This is really worrisome because the whole site depends on it.

It looks like a problem with your C5 installation. We don't usually give out general advise for C5 but there is a great community in the forums which might be able to help you. However, we do offer paid service just let me know so I can give you a quotation.
