No Edit Bar after changing Default page settings

Hi,
I was setting up my defaults for the Blog_Entry and Right Sidebar pages and added the following blocks to the Page.
-Mega Menu
-Breadcrumbs
-YouTube Video (Core)
-Content
-Star Rating - 2.0
-Discussion - 1.7.3 Guestbook Block
Once I save these the Edit Disappears. After doing some research I think I has to Java Script being called twice but don't know where to find this issue
I have also submitted this ticket to the Discussion Forums because it might also have to do with their addon as well

It sounds like a Javascript issue or perhaps a file permissions issue.
Please ensure the packages/jb_mega_menu folder (and subfolders) are 755 permissions. And all files in that folder (and subfolders) should be 644 permissions. You should be able to set these permissions with your FTP software.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please add the Mega Menu to a test page, then add those other blocks one at a time (saving your changes between each one) until you find which one it's clashing with. I'd be very surprised if that's the cause as this block has been used on hundreds of websites and I haven't come across any clashes with other blocks.
