We tried out this menu, but it seems we are unable to load our logo into the menu and I cannot seem to get the menu to function properly with our theme.

The point of the support ticket system is that I can help you if you get stuck. If you're able to provide a URL where you're using the addon and provide a few more details about what you're trying achieve (adding logo above menu or inside top row on the left?) I camln help point you in the right direction.

We simply tried out the menu and it doesn't really work for what we are trying to achieve, that is why I have requested the refund. We decided to go in another direction. Nothing against your add-on, it works well overall, just not exactly what we envisioned for our site.

The Mega Menu marketplace description includes multiple videos on how it works along with live demos (on our website) and screenshots for every screen on the editor interface, making this one of the most thorough concrete5 addons in the marketplace.
So I'm not sure how you can be confused about how the menu works and is styled. Plus it's flexibility means it can be used in almost every situation.
The c5 marketplace conditions don't allow for "Change of mind" refunds. So if you needed support I cam certainly provide that. But you can use your license for any other future sites you build.
