This is a great product, the only thing I noticed is which be very useful is a register link if the user is not logged in and once the user is logged in the register link could be hidden from the user.

Excellent thats great, real easy fix! Thank you!
Great, glad that is sorted for you. If you're happy with the support provided, I would greatly appreciate a positive review in the C5 marketplace:

It only takes a minute of your time.
Cheers,

Yes not a problem more than happy to do that!
Just one quick question don't know if you can but do you know if it is possible to be able to put in under the login drop drown area a facebook connect (login through facebook account). I know that you can buy a facebook connect in the Market place but I would like to combine this with the mega menu login.
As far as I'm aware the facebook connect is easy enough to set up and get the code, so I'm wondering if the above is possible is the somewhere I just insert the code.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can add many types of content to the mega menu. One of the only things you can't add is the "script" tag, otherwise the HTML code will be invalid.
With that in mind the stock standard facebook code probably won't work, but there may be some workaround possible.
Hope this helps.

This controls the standard "register" link being displayed on the login form.
Hope this helps.
