Some changes aren't displayed after signing out

ok, I'm new and it's my first project.
Started building a web page. Added logo and other things
in the header and footer and they look good. Main area
is ok too. After signing out, the header and footer aren't displayed.
Loging back in, the headers and footers are ok.
Tried with different browsers as well. I'm using the Bootstrap theme but I've noticed this with other themes as well. Using 5.6.0.2
Any ideas?

I cleared the cache and also disabled it but it didn't change the result. I always published the results so that shouldn't be an issue.
Again, changes to the main area are updated without issues. But the header and footer are blank.
