Unable to add block
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I have a clean install of C5 V8.1 and am unable to add the latest version mega menu to a global area or to any area on a page.
I get the following error.
403 Forbidden Access is forbidden to the requested page: webcp3.XXX.net/~scopeproperty/index.php/ccm/system/dialogs/page/add_block/submit?ccm_token=1489315770:a80c2c58ab083220a5b2e90985f9f5a3&cID=1 (port 443) Please forward this error screen to webcp3.XX.net's WebMaster. Apache/2.4.10 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at webcp3.XXX.net Port 443
I am getting the same error on another V8 site (8.03) that I tested this on to check if it was site specific or not
I can add other blocks to the page and to the global area.
Colin

I will investigate further but I do have sites on the same server running C5.7 with no issues.
This site is just started and the menu was one of the first things I needed set up.
I have had no issues with any other add ons.
I will be away from my office for the next 2 days and will get back on to it after that.

That's very unusual. I've installed Mega Menu on a 8.1.0 installation without issue.
Do you have any issues with other addons?
The other site you tested, was it on the same server? Do you have a local installation of 5.8 to test on as well?
I'm curious if there's something on your specific server causing the message.
