Unexpected Error - "Src\PmsMembership\* not found"

We attempted to install the plugin, but get errors for all the system pages that are part of the plugin that state 'Class 'Concrete\Package\MembershipSubscriptions\Src\PmsMembership\*' not found.

Please advise.

Please check the following:
Concrete5.7 users should use the 2.x version
Concrete5.8 users should use the 3.x version

We are using 5.8 with v3.0.1.

Dear Studio7,

I have tested with a clean install of Concrete 8.2.1 and I cannot reproduce the problem.

Please let me know:
- on what server is de website running? (Apache, NGinx, IIS)
- what version of PHP?
- what database software? (MySQL, MariaDB)
- which other packages are installed?
- have you enabled Clean URLS?
- can you give me the complete error message (maybe screenshot)
- can you install the package on the same server on a fresh clean installation of Concrete 8.2.1 without errors?
