Page through all items in block

hi!
I installed your block and it basically works fine...but as in the example on your site, i would like to be able to page through all (different) media items withing one block and that doesnt happen. Ie. I have 2 youtube movies and a fileset and would like to have the user browse through all items at once with next/previous...but the 2 youtube movies and the fileset have to be browsed separately...
am i doing something wrong?
moreover - maybe for a next version - it would be nice to be able to show the thumbnail of just one (first) item of the whole range of items instead of one for each item...
