Where will titles and descriptions appear around thumbnails? "See in action" link on demo site not working

In your demohttp://myconcretelab.com/concrete5-addons/multimedia-box/,... there are no titles or descriptions, although features say that they can be added and I see something about them in the screenshots.

Can you provide a link to a demo page that has them? The page link on your site that says "See in action" gives a "Page not found" error.
