Hi,

All DNS changes may take up to 48 to propagate, so if you have done the changes recently it might be that they are not active yet.

First step is to check that all your domains are pointing to the exactly same IP address. You can check this e.g. with the following tool:
http://www.kloth.net/services/nslookup.php...

Just type in your domains in the first box, do the lookup and check that all domains are pointing exactly to the same IP address.

Second thing is to check that all your domains are served correctly from your server. Easiest way to check this is e.g. to create a new file in the root of your HTML files, within the same concrete5 installation where you have installed the add-on. So, create e.g. a file named "test.php" there and put the following contents in it:

<?php
echo "OK";

Then, try to request this file directly from all of the domains you are trying to map:
(www.)domain1.com/test.php
(www.)domain2.com/test.php
(www.)domain3.com/test.php
etc.

You should see a white page with the text "OK" from all of these requests.

Once you get past these tests, then our add-on gets into action. Before you get these tests successful, our add-on does not have a chance to execute even a single line of code.

How would you configure this in cpanel?
