Duplicated Nav Items when manual nav is in a stack

Recipe to repeat:
Block cache enabled. Other caches don't matter, can be on or off.
Add a manual nav block to a stack. (At its simplest, just one link to home)
Add the stack twice to to the same page.
First time the stack is output
- Navigation from manual nav shown once
Next time the stack is output
- Navigation from manual nav shown twice
The attached files show:
- A hacked block controller to show some diagnostics
- A screengrab showing my test page

Thank you John for reporting this. I will look into it at some point next week and see what's happening there. In the meantime, if you found the issue, you can create a pull request against its git repo, the address of which mentioned on the add-on main page.
