Hello. I am intersted in purchasing the add-on, Opt-in Lite, but first want to find out if it is appropriate for me.

I have been with concrete5 for more than 4 years, but have never been able to collect any email addresses from site visitors. I don't know why. I deleted my 5.6 theme and am having a new beginning with C5 version 5.7, and want to now vigorously entice website visitors to give me their names and email addresses.

I have never used, effectively, an email address associated with my website.

I have had various web hosts, and none of them have ever been able to tell me anything about why I never received information from contact forms. Also, I my current web host told me to remove contact forms from my website, and so I did that.

Before I buy your add-on, I want to find out more about what is involved in actually using this add-on.

Will this add-on do "everything", so that will see a list of email addresses and names, or instead, is this add-on only one small part of a larger situation?

Do I need to do anything with my web host account or email address before I purchase your add-on?

I am eager to hear from you as soon as possible.
