carousel not showing in mobile

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi.
I have bought the page carousel add-on.
It’s working as expected in computer and laptop, but not in responsive layout viewed on mobile.
In landscape orientation you can see the carousel, but in portrait orientation nothing is shown.

Hi Helge,

You can set the number of visible slides per device via the block edit form > Carousel Options > Responsive Display.

Hi.
Thanks for your reply.
I know I can set number of visible slides.
If I set 1 for mobile devices, no slides is seen in mobile in portrait orientation, one in landscape orientation.
If I set 2 for mobile devices, no slides is seen in mobile in portrait orientation, two slides in landscape orientation.
So, no slides is shown in the mobile when it’s held in portrait orientation.

You can see it in the screencap I have uploaded

Hi Helge,

Can you please provide us a link to the page that contains the Pages Carousel block, so we can identify the cause of the issue.

Hi.
I sent you a private message about access to my site.

More fault I found:
In the add-on you set how many pages to show. If you set it to 4 and you have set computer view to 3 slides in the add-on and you watch the carousel, you see 3 slides when you open page and the carousel with 4 navigation rings. One ring for first (present view) and 3 navigation rings for next slides..The total slides the page carousel will show is: 3 slides when you open the page + 3 more slides by navigation, total 6 slides.
So, the carousel will show totally 6 slides, 2 slides will be repeated from same pages

Sorry for bad explonation, hopefully you will understand what I try to describe.

Helge
