Unsubscribe button not working

We have received notification that customers are unable to unsubscribe from subscriptions on my client's websitehttp://www.wowwomengroup.com.au/....
I have tested it myself if a client tries to unsubscribe they are taken to Paypal's activity page rather than the subscriptions area where they cancel the subscription.
How do we get this to be easier for customers to subscribe?
I have also found that it appears to be passing the wrong id:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=8BE...
My clients profile is different to that displayed above.
It also looks like the unsubscribe url only works in classic mode. If I change it to classic mode I get the following:
No active subscriptions to info@jb-models.com were found. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your Transaction History. It seems to have the id of one your websites??
If I manually add the following URL with the correct Id:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=MYC... It just displays the history page and the customer still has to search for the transaction.
Is there anyway to fix this?
