I am using c5 5.6.0.2 and the eCommerce module, v2.8.6. I have merchant and buyer accounts set up in the PayPal Sandbox. I am able to process transactions using the included Paypal Website Payments Standard gateway but am having trouble with the Payments Pro Gateway.

I can go through the checkout process with Pro Gateway, but after entering credit car info and hitting "Next", I receive an "Incorrectly Configured Merchant Account" error. After digging around in the PayPal Developer's area it seems that that error is returned when the Billing Agreement page isn't displayed and completed. How do I display the Billing Agreement page?

I have all of the Sandbox test API credentials in place but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
