Hyperlink not redirecting

Permalink Browser Info Environment
It appears that the hyperlink nor the page name link is opening the page for approval. When you click on either of these links it appears to open the page in a new window but never opens the page. It close itself out and takes you back to the pending pages panel.

Hi there,

What does the "Page Name", "Page Path" and "Type" say for the values?

The page name link goes to:
https://www.otaconline.org/index.php/dashboard/sitemap/pending_pages...

The page path goes to
https://www.otaconline.org/joinrenew/working-hard-your-behalf...
But this is the one that acts like it is going to open then closes out back to the dashboard.
I did a bit of inspect element see attached.
