Blog Formatting shows old date and no blogger profiles.

We are having problems with ProBlog on our site. In the last couple of weeks, the date of all our posts is being set to 30 Oct 2014 and blogger profiles are not uploading.
When you log in as a user and refresh the blogpost suddenly looks ok.
I am at a loss to know what is going on.

I think I have fixed my problem by making it possible for guests to view the profile pages of users. Not sure why I needed to do this as I had been hiding them before and ProBlog was working okay.
This seemed obvious in hindsight, but I was distracted by the fact that everything was being set to the date of 30 Oct 2014, which I still can't explain.
Chad I'd still appreciate if you could let me know if I've missed anything.

I speak to soon. The issue appears to be related to cacheing. Refreshing cache fixes the problem for a short time but then it reverts.
Turning off cacheing has fixed the problem, but obviously this is not ideal for our users.
