How to add a list of blog posts summaries to a page and link to full blog post

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I'm installing problog for the first time and can't seem to get a list of blog posts onto my blog page. (http://sab.nessadesign.com/blog) I've tried every possible combination of settings from the ProBlog List.

1. How do you add a list of blog posts and their summaries and link to a complete posting at (http://sab.nessadesign.com/blog/2015/03/collison}?

2. Why do all the links for the categories, tags and tag cloud go to a page called blog search (http://sab.nessadesign.com/blogsearch/categories/Collision_Repair)? and how do you add that functionality to the a page on the site that has the template.

3. Is there any documentation besides this How do I X?https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/problog1/how-do-i-do-x/...

I must really be missing something because at this point it does not seem like this works like most blog solutions where posts are listed on a page, categories and tags filter through the results and summaries link to the full blog post.

I figured out my questions, I had two simple mistakes I was overlooking.

The blog list was not displaying the posts because my timezone settings were wrong.

The blogsearch page was not formatting because I had capitalized View.php instead of view.php.
