Responsive to browser size

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Purchased for a clients blog. The features are great but it seems like the blog isn't responsive? The website theme is responsive and automatically re-sizes for the screen size but the blog does not.

Is this not a feature? If not, I'm going to need to find another solution for my client.

Thanks.
