Subscribe not working

Hi,
it seams like the subscribe button of the blog is not working.
It does not subscribe, i have tried to follow the link without the ajax and it give me this error:
mysqlt error: [1048: Column 'cID' cannot be null] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO CollectionAttributeValues (cID,cvID,akID,avID) VALUES (NULL,NULL,22,488)")
Can you help me?
