Waiting for info on moving data to new site

Permalink Browser Info Environment
My host provider said today that they need to wipe the old server, so I have to get all the data off that I want. Still waiting to hear where the rss file is located and how to save it. Concrete v5.4.2.2 and ProBlog 5.07.

I downloaded the problog importer, which I am to use on the new site, right?

It's been over 2 weeks, and I really need to get this resolved. Thanks.

My client is setting up a completely new site build on a new server. I downloaded and installed the latest version of ProBlog for the new site. How do I export the database of blogs and import them into the new site? Thanks!

Where is the rss for ProBlog and how do I save/export it? The files are for ProBlog 5.07 and concrete 5.4.2.2. (I downloaded the ProBlog importer master to use on the new site.)

Built with the Best: concrete5 uses jQuery for all frontend functionality! Symfony lends us its router, class loader, eventing, and more! Redactor is the default WYSIWYG editor for concrete5! concrete5 makes heavy use of doctrines database abstraction (DBAL) and its ORM! Laravel gives us Config, Application Container, Filesystem, and more!
