Pro Blog - 12.4.4 -- Emails not sending

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Just updated to 12.4.4. Running Concrete5 version 5.6.3.4.

The "Send eMail to subscribers" check mark is no longer sending emails. I've verified the email settings in the Concrete5 settings panel...no issues there.

Any ideas where I might look?

Getting this in the log:

Mail Exception Occurred. Unable to send mail: 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

I've entered SMTP credentials in the Concrete5 SMTP configuration and can send emails from Concrete5. Is Pro Blog honoring these settings?

Hi, I recommend updating to the latest core and latest version of the addon for starters. That may not resolve your issue, but I'd like to start with the latest working versions.

Nope, had to edit a PHP file to change the sender address.

So, this post really confuses me. The forum this is in is for the 5.7 version of ProBlog, but the enviro info appears to be for the 5.6 version. Which version are we talking about?

Would you care to pm me FTP and site admin so I can have a first hand look?

Sorry posted it in the wrong forum. It's an internal site.

Resolved in any case.
