Unable to edit page break input

After adding a blog and selecting edit block for the blog list. The Page break option has some layout issues and renders that input unusable.

//I've been able to sanitize the data, using the following code, but still can not edit it looking in the js this does not look like its possible to do?
 echo ($breakSyntax ? h($breakSyntax) : "<hr />")
