I have a couple of suggestions for a couple of the question types:
1) Optional Expand - add an option to customize the text that's displayed next to the checkbox.
2) Publish - Add an option for the end-user to select a child page to publish to, beneath the page specified by the form administrator. In other words, if the form admin selects a "Blog Categories" page, this would be the default that it would publish to. However, if enabled, the end user could have the option to select any sub-page to publish to.
