Formatting the form

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Wondering where to find documentation on formatting the user INPUT form.

I don't want the line by line approach - would like more control over columns, widths, etc.

I did a bunch of searching but couldn't find anything. In the support forum, the formatting questions are "legacy" and not available to the general public.

do I need to make a custom block - if so, please point to the file(s)

thanks...

Hi, you could make a custom view...but PF is not as easy as most blocks because you have to make sure you copy over all view files - css,js,php. Plus element files....ect. Not fun.

However, it may be significantly easier to just add the 'css container' question to your forms. When you add the container question type, it should add 2x questions at the same time. An 'open' and a 'close' question. The idea being that you then "wrap" other questions inside of those two container questions. You can then specify the class, and force styling as desired for your forms.
