Issue with comments and version 5.0.0

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When a user add comments, he click on post and then all the windows (review or edit) are closing together. The comments are not saved and no email notifications are sent.

Seems that only an admin can add comments?

The issue do not appears for admin users.
