ProForms + ProEvents

We are basically looking to do something similar to the example site but for event days.

Showing a calender with available/booked days and a booking form linked in to pay for events on a chosen day.
Q1. Do we need ProForms + ProEvents based on that example to achieve this.
Q2. Are you still selling ProForms for concrete5 5.6? Currently says "Purchases for this Add-On have been temporarily disabled. Please check back later."
Q3. Does ProEvents still exist ? I can't find on the store. Or has it been merged with ProForms?.
