Publishing to a page.

So I am working on this website for a military museum and they want to allow individuals to be able to "register" a veteran/service member to the site by filling out a form. Once they submit the form, it will be reviewed by an admin and then approved. I pretty well have the form set up and think everything is good to go with the approval bit but I am stuck on the part of taking all of the data collected from the form and publishing it to it's own page. I saw the video on user submitted blog posts, would it be the same process?

I am using the step form feature as well.
