is their a way to get the quiz list to show the next unpassed quizzes first, or show the quizzes in oldest to newest. right now we would have to create the quizzes backwords.

We have the block with personal user's space reports and quizzes list and its progress. This should be something what you are looking for. If you use the last version it should be available in add new block list.
