Question not saving when there are quotes in the 'question body'

I'm working with TheGuide. They have sent me an issue where the question fails to save and goes to {site_url}/index.php/dashboard/bd_quiz_pro/question/saveA/ whenever there is a quote in the question body (or at least this is what I have been able to come up with.)
The site owner seemed to think it was when text was made a certain color, but upon changing the #000000 to 'black', the same thing happened. When I did a test and added a span with style information within quotes, I started getting the error.

I created a question with the Question Body: which resulted in this for the HTML of the Question Body:. There are two answers to the question:andThis saves correctly.
The error occurs when I update the word 'test' in the question so that it is red. The generated HTML is
Upon updating the color of the word 'test' and attempting to save the question, I am sent to this page:http://{mysite.com}/index.php/dashboard/bd_quiz_pro/question/saveA/... with a 'Page Not Found' error.

Since the issue is not reproduced on our server it would be great if you'll provide us with the admin access to your website so we will be able to check the issue.
Also please specify your version of the QuizMaker and Concrete5.

There are 2 QuizMakers on your DashBoard it can cause a conflict. Please uninstall both QuizMakers and then install the latest version of QuizMaker.

I've just tried to reproduce the issue but haven't managed.
Please provide us with the exact text you are using and it fails the Question save so we will be able to reproduce the issue on our server and find the reason.
