Report not logging completed quizzes
Permalink Browser Info Environment
We are experiencing issues with the test reporting function for QuizMakerPro. Nearly a dozen of our physicians have taken one of our required tests, passed, got a certificate and luckily saved it. However, a group of successful test results was not logged in the back end and doesn't show in the “Report” area so there is no "proof" that the test was completed unless the test taker saved it. Any ideas?
2. Additionally, is there anywhere we can see who has logged into our site and when to prove that they took the test - if we cannot resolve the Report issue?
3. Also, I am interested in the result of the IE 8 and 9 issue - is there an update where QuizMakerPro now works with these versions? if so that would be fantastic.

Thanks Dmitry - we use the Report section daily to view who has taken tests. The problem is - people are completing quizzes and getting a certificate with their name on it, but their successful result is not showing in in the Report table at all. This has happened now close to 20 times and we can document specific instances. Would it be an issue with 3 - 5 users taking the same test at the same time causing it not to record in the Report section? Is there anything at all that can be done to investigate it further?
Hello,
May we have all possible information about specific cases as well as the access - both to database, FTP and site administration area? You can PM or send it directly to my email (mds@beardev.com). Ideally if you have the cases that can be reproduced, that will make our technical research a way more effective.
I'll request from our developer to check the data. We can not promise much but at least will be able to make an effort to find the problem cause.
Dmitry.

We cannot answer what exactly gone wrong. We have never experienced such cases and no clients were reporting similar issues, even big installations with huge databases. So we wouldn't be able to suggest you on how to prevent it further.
What you can do to check users history is try to look at database at least. (still it is not a 100% guarantee it will be there as it looks like something gone wrong)
ProQzQuizReport table - here you can find the information about time, taken quizzes and users who was taking the quiz
ProQzQuizReportQuest table - here you can check the answers of each user attempts
We are not planning to adjust product for IE, sorry. We can test and fix on paid basis if you like. We cannot say what that exactly cost but taking from experience cross-browsers adjustments may take from 3 to 20 hours. Our custom rate 35 USD/h. If you interested, please deliver the full information about the problem, we will estimate and provide the exact price. If it will be anything simple less then for 2 hours, we will fix it free of charge.
Dmitry.
