Error submitting and property inquiry email

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When a user tries to submit an email inquiry for a property the form does not send and says there is an error but does not display the error (see image).

In the reports dashboard the following error is logged:
Exception Occurred: "/public_html/concrete/vendor/zendframework/zend-mail/src/Message.php:517 Zend\Mail\Message::addTo expects a string, AddressInterface, array, AddressList, or Traversable as its first argument; received "NULL" (0)"

Please advise.

Can you please tell me if you set 'Email to Send Notifications from' and 'Email to Send Notifications to' email addresses in the Real Estate > Settings > Notification Defaults?

Yes, both notification settings are set/filled will an email address and subject.

Could you please open ab_real_estate/blocks/real_estate_property/controller.php and on line 310 replace
$mh->to($email_to);

for this
$mh->to($inquiry_email);

and tell me if this fixed the error?
