Redirect relinquishment problem

Help needed!
I'm using concrete5 through my host (Dreamhost) and installed it via a 1-click install feature. Everything was great until I used this block to redirect my homepage. Since doing so, I now have no way to log back into my site as site admin. In other words, it appears the redirect has render my site impossible to edit further!
I've tried mapping the site, but the results show only the index file and the redirect page - nothing more! Therefore, I can't find a way to even bring up another of the site's pages.
