Purchased and assigned licence but not showing up in my add functionality section
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi
We've just purchased this and the payment seems to have gone through aok but it does not show up in the normal place. for download / install etc?
We 'purchased' a free widget a bit earlier and this came down fine?
Any suggestions ?
With kind regards
Clive

Hi Ryan
Thanks for this.
Is there any way I can get a zip of the add on so I can just add it manually - It looks like it is the connection to the project page that is causing the issue?
It says this should be possible but I can;t see how to get the zip file?
With thanks

There is a way to download the zips directly for you to place the add-on folder in the /packages directory to install, but I think the links might not appear if the licence has been assigned to a site.
The page with the links on it would be this one, where it lists all your licences:
https://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/...
Did you have any luck making contact with Myq?
It would be better to resolve things through concrete5.org (as if there is something wrong with your account it's better to fix it), but ultimately you can reach out to me directly at ryan@mesuva.com.au and I can provide you with the package.
Cheers

Hi Ryan
We've had no response from Myq?
Can you send me the zip direct or can we request you process a refund?
With thanks

That's frustrating to hear. I'll process the refund.
Many thanks, Ryan... we still need the widget so we'll attempt to purchase / add it again (using the refund) via the 'extend concrete 5' dashboard option which seems to allow us to access and download other widgets aok.
many thanks for all your help
Kind regards

Formal Refund Request: Please grant me a refund for the license assigned to this support request.
there's not that much I can debug from my point of view, the package should work fine in v8, so I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't show.
I think I have seen times where it can take a while for the package to show (but I'm not a huge user of the marketplace myself so I'm not sure if that's common or not).
So this might be a question for one of the concrete5.org team. I believe Myq would be the person to contact to see if it's just a glitch in the system or something else.
