Can't "move" the block

The Block "MOVE" function doesn't work for me. When in Block Move mode, the block highlights, and the cursor changes to the move icon, but I can't move it. I don't think I'm missing something?!??
My solution is to move all the other blocks around the PDF block.

When something doesn't work as predicted, I have made it common practice to attempt using another browser. Just a thought.
Good suggestion, I had not done that. So, I tried Firefox 4, IE 8, and Chrome, all on Windows 7. Same result though. Not a big issue for me, an easy work around. The tool is useful, just what I needed, just something to know about.
