Hard code the block into a page type?

Hi all
I've been trying to hardcode this block into a page type so that I don't have to manually add it to my pages, but it doesn't work - the form's action isn't filled in properly.
I've tried embedding it both by adding a scrapbook instance of the block and by embedding it each time like this:
but the form action isn't populated so the page just reloads.
Is there a solution to this? It's a great block!
