Filter tag size by attribute

Hi all
I'd like to filter the tag size shown depending on whether the matching pages have an attribute set. At the moment the tag cloud counts all pages with the tag, but I want pages that have another attribute set (like 'Not Active') to be left out of the count. Is this possible?
