I have the Search Tools Addon installed but it is not working as I expected. I have a custom attribute set up for Availability for certain years for student property along with selecting number of bedrooms, house or flat etc. When I am logged in to the site as Admin the results work fine, however when I am not logged in it does not display the results correctly, it is ignoring the Availability checkboxes. Please could you provide help in this matter.

On the above example, the only property that should be displayed for Available for 2011-2012 should be Apartments - Porterbrook apartments but as you can see other properties are also being displayed.

The new version of Search Tools has fixed this issue.
