Install issues!

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I manually uploaded the package to the /packages file. It installed fine on the back side- but the Block is not showing up on the options to add the slider to my pages. Please advise at your earliest convenience.

All set-- was an issue with the upload! ALL the files did not upload correctly! Thanks!!
