"Add Block" dialog not loading filesets?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When adding a new block, and selecting SFG, the Gallery dialog comes up to set up the properties of the gallery. The problem I am having is, the field where I am to select the set for the images remains at "Loading...", and does not change. I have waited as long as 5 minutes, but the option remains at "Loading...".

I have 3 image sets, 1 containing 6 images, 1 containing 87 images, and the 3rd containing 120 images.

I am using the most recent versions of Concrete5 and SFG.

I have attached a screen shot, the red ellipse denotes the field I am referring to.

I forgot to mention, I have tried both Firefox version 11.0, and IE version 9.0 64bit.

Both resulted in the same issue.

Usually this happens when the block is installed manually and incorrectly -- when the block folder is taken out of the package download and placed in your site's "blocks" directory instead of putting the whole package folder into your site's "packages" directory. See this thread for more details:

If that's not the case for you, let me know so I can take a closer look. If you could create a login to your site for me and provide the URL that would be most helpful (you can PM me or email me at concrete@jordanlev.com if you don't want to post that here).
