no file sets visible

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I installed the sortable fancybox gallery. But when I try to embed a gallery there are no file sets visible to select.

I have added different filesets.
What can be the problem?

In the attachment is a screendump of what I mean.

Hi,
I'm sorry you're having trouble. Can you please tell me what version of concrete you're using? What browser and OS you're using?
Are the filesets marked as "public" or "private"? (I'm not sure if this actually matters, but just trying to think of everything I can). Also, do these filesets contain actual images, or are they other files like PDF's? And finally, which user are you logged in as? Is this the same user as whoever created the filesets in the first place? I believe it only pulls your own filesets.

Also, can you please do me a favor and select "GO TO FILE MANAGER..." from the list and then take another screenshot and post it here?

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

Ok, the following is happening:

OS: Mac osx
Browser: I've tried Firefox and Safari
Filesets: marked public
filesets contain images as you can see in the attachment.
Logged in as admin and trying to create the gallery also in admin.

I tried several concrete5 versions (5.3.1.1, 5.4.0 & 5.4.1).

Hope you can help.

Hmm... that is strange that it's not working. Would you by any chance be able to provide a link and a login so I can look at the site directly? (You can pm me or email it to concrete@jordanlev.com)

Thanks.

Problem solved! Big thanks to Jordan.

Sollution: Install the package from concrete5.

instead directly put the gallery in the blocks map.

Just to clarify wietsecats's solution: this addon requires a lot of support files other than just the block itself -- so it will not work if you just copy the block folder out of the package and put that in your site's "blocks" directory -- instead you must put the entire package folder into your site's "packages" directory, and then install the package from the dashboard.
(And if you are adding this package to your site through the marketplace directly from your dashboard, then you don't need to worry about any of this as it will "just work").

Hello,

I already have images on my server. I'd like to add these images into filesets to use with this addon.

What is the location of the filesets on the server so that I may copy them from their current location to the location in order for this addon to use them?

Thanks.

I found the location after many minutes of additional searching.

Thanks.
