Stack PopOver Installation Error

Hello,
I am attempting to install the latest version of Stack PopOver to clients site which uses Concrete 5.8 and am receiving the message "This package requires concrete5 version 9.0.0 or greater", but I have used this block on other sites using older versions and on the purchase page it says "Compatible 5.7.3.1+" so i'm unsure why i'm having issues. Can you please advise why this is happening and if there is a resolution?
