8.4.2 doesn't work

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I've tried on EC2, local valet.

Fresh install on concrete5 8.4.0 worked fine.
But fresh install of concrete5 8.4.2 didn't work well.

The error message said IAM doesn't have a permission. But it does.

Would you be able to check?

Thanks.

Opps. My previous message was unclear.

The permission error message shows up when I tried to upload a file for the 1st time.

I've only tested with fresh install of 8.4.0 & 8.4.2.
So I didn't really test any 8.4.2 site upgraded from earlier version.

Attached screenshot and HAR file of the response.

Thanks.
