Hello this Google Review widget is only showing 5 reviews when I have it set to 30. Is there anything special I am supposed to do to get it to show all of my reviews? I have over 25 on one of my listings and it only shows 5

I'm sorry, 5 is the maximum that Google will allow via their API. I need to update the description of the plugin to say that. Sorry for the confusion!
