Hi - I am using it on hotel-dunord.ch - English version. But is says "No reviews yet", even though the hotel has a lot of ratings .... What could the reason be?

It looks like you got it working. What did you change?

Hi - I have not changed a thing and it still says: No reviews yet ...

It seems to be working, but only some of the time. I refreshed the page and see the reviews. But upon refreshing again, they are gone.

Can you try clearing your Concrete5 cache in the dashboard?

I've tried that a couple of times ....

What version of Concrete are you running? Also, are you placing the Reviews block in a stack or global content area?

It would help if you could send me your environment information as well. Either here, or to my email: blakeleemiller@gmail.com

I think I figured out why it's not working.

It appears Google has changed it's billing terms, and you have to enter a payment credit card. It's likely they just return nothing if you reach your limit, or haven't updated your billing information. This change went into effect June 11, 2018.

You get a free $200 credit every month from Google, so unless you have a high traffic site, it shouldn't cost much if anything.

Please see here:
https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/user-guide......
https://developers.google.com/places/web-service/usage-and-billing.....

If you click the second link, if you click the "Enable Billing", you should be able to set it up there. Just make sure the API key you use with the Google Reviews add-on is tied to an account that has billing enabled.

Please let me know if that fixes it for you.

Hi there :D
I am running your addon on a few websites. However, on one the reviews do not update, even thought the hotel gets a lot of google reviews.

Did I make a setup mistake?

Can you send me the Place ID for the location with the issue?

There isn't a way to order the reviews, so the plugin just displays what Google returns. Google decides what reviews are "most important".
