As i see from your environment information you're using the legacy PHP 5.6, but our add-on supports PHP 7.1+ (it's already mentioned in the plugin page).
All our add-ons requires PHP 7.1+ or PHP 7.2+, we don't support old php versions.
So you can update your PHP to 7.1 or higher, if not we will issue a refund.
